|Dr. Jay Dee Ipsen
Dr. Jay Ipsen is the owner of Payson Family Pet Hospital. He established this clinic in 1997. He graduated from Washington State University in 1992. He has a lab mix named Turbo, a French Bulldog named Mimi, and 4 cats named Bahu, Tod Pole, Natasha, and Tibbia.
|Dr. Kate Hooley
Dr. Kate Hooley has been with us since 2005. She attended Orem High School and earned a Bachelor of Animal Science from Brigham Young University. She worked as a veterinary technician for 10 years prior to receiving her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University in 2005. Dr. Hooley’s animal family includes 2 French Bulldogs, 1 lab mix, 4 house cats, 10 barn cats, 2 horses, and 1 donkey.
|Dr. Elizabeth Frampton
Dr. Elizabeth Frampton joined us in 2008 after graduating from Washington State University. She had worked at our clinic in the past as a technician. She has a lab mix named Betsy, a pug named Cheif and a cat named Daisy.
|Dr. Seth Caron
Dr. Seth Caron joined us in the spring of 2011 after graduating from Washington State University. He had worked at PFPH as a technician from the time he was in high school up until he went to vet school in Washington in 2007. He has a 5 year old French Bulldog named Pilot that he raised from a newborn and a 5 year old Australian Shepherd mix named Draego.
Dr. Jack Fillerup
Dr. Jack Fillerup graduated from Payson High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from BYU and his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University. He worked for 2 years in Las Vegas prior to coming back to his hometown, Payson, to work at PFPH.
